Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician in the Doraville, GA area. The role involves delivering on-site installation, diagnostics, and repairs for complex equipment across the region.

You will act as the primary technical expert for clients, communicating clearly and maintaining safety compliance. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant field service or maintenance experience.
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied industrial or commercial environments.
Strong communication with clients and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Installation & service: on-site setup, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshooting: diagnose electrical, mechanical, and system faults from schematics.
Emergency repair: respond to service calls to minimize downtime and resolve escalations.
Client support: educate customer operators on safe operation and maintenance.
Reporting & compliance: log work orders, parts used, and follow safety protocols.
