Qualifications

• Significant hands-on commercial experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technical support environment.
• Analytical and creative approach to identifying and resolving technical issues and explaining technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support for cash validation and print products.
• Learn the full mechanical, electronic and software product range.
• Investigate faults and escalate to engineers when necessary.
• Manage multiple tasks to deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Support an international customer base.
• Ensure systems infrastructure is up to date and data processing runs smoothly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding product and shipment availability.
