Job summary

You will handle HVAC, boilers, pumps, and related equipment, while managing budgets, schedules, and contractor work across HDMA sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination across teams, and willingness to travel to Ohio facilities for project execution and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facility mechanical systems and project execution.
• Ability to develop schedules, budgets, and forecasts for projects.
• Experience supervising engineers and on‑site contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and support of facility mechanical systems, including design, maintenance programs, capacity planning, controls, and equipment upgrades.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes of work, budgets and workflows.
• Supervise engineers and on‑site contractors; train Facilities Associates on enhancements.
• Travel to Ohio facilities for reviews and support plant initiatives.
