Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–6 years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and support facility mechanical systems upgrades and maintenance.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes of work, budgets, and workflows to support plant initiatives.
• Train Facilities Associates on enhancements and changes to mechanical/electrical systems.
• Provide operational support and maintain up-to-date reference documentation.
• Promote learning through technical training, mentoring, and cross-training opportunities.
