Honda in Ohio seeks a Mechanical and Project Engineer to implement and communicate an operational plan for completing projects, monitor progress, and resolve operational problems. You will develop schedules, budgets, and resources for HVAC, pumps, controllers, and other equipment while coordinating with project staff and contractors.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 0–6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 0 to 6 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, utilities, or related environments.
• Knowledge of reliability programs including PM, PdM, MTTR/MTBF tracking, and EOL assessments.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and engineering documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for facility mechanical systems, including design, coordination, maintenance strategies, and upgrades.
• Support operation and reliability of facility mechanical systems (fans, burners, pumps, chillers, heat exchangers).
• Maintain and manage documentation for facility mechanical systems and communicate updates to operators and stakeholders.
• Review and maintain electrical and mechanical drawings throughout project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes of work, budgets, and approval workflows.
