Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer 3 to perform complex M/E construction activities and develop estimates to support bid analysis. You will work under supervision while expanding responsibilities across Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering or related field (Required).
5+ years construction and/or engineering experience (Preferred).
Proficiency with MS Office and ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Performs increasingly complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
Develops budgetary M/E estimates from program and schematic design information.
Assists in bid analysis and subcontractor selection processes.
Coordinates mechanical and electrical scopes during the bid process and provides sequencing input.
Mentors junior colleagues and contributes to continuous improvement.
