Job summary

Komatsu Mining Corp. in Homer City, PA is seeking a maintenance-focused individual to disassemble mechanical components and order replacement parts. You will clean, grind, and paint to support repair and rebuild efforts and prepare machines for shipment.

The role requires basic tools, reading drawings, and safety compliance; experience in heavy manufacturing and forklift/crane operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Basic math and reading of drawings and cable lists.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles mechanical components and orders replacement parts.
• Performs cleaning, grinding and painting to support repair/rebuild of components.
• Pulls parts and sets up components for assembly.
• Pulls and labels drawings, bills of material.
• Performs excess stock returns.
• Inventories and reorders shop supplies.
• Preps machines to paint and ship.
• Adheres to safety rules and housekeeping.
