Job summary

Bowman in Houston, TX is seeking Mechanical Designers of all levels to join our team. As a Mechanical Designer, you will create comprehensive CAD designs, coordinate with engineers, and ensure project requirements are met. You will apply your understanding of mechanical engineering principles to drive innovative solutions.

We value attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency in CAD/3D design. Eligible candidates have 4–7+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• 4–7+ years experience in mechanical design or related field.
• Proficient in CAD and 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD drafting, prepare drawings and schematics from specifications and vendor data.
• Coordinate with engineers or designers to complete projects per specs and standards.
• Support equipment sizing, analyses, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
