Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Vault preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• High level of personal integrity and strong relationships.
• Proficient in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides CAD drafting and prepares drawings and schematics from specifications.
• Coordinates with engineers or designers to complete projects.
• Supports equipment sizing, analysis, and deliverables.
• Assists in design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
• Presents deliverables to project members and stakeholders.
• Plans and tracks deliverables to support schedules.
• Identifies scope changes and estimates impact on effort and schedule.
• Prepares and reviews mechanical BOMs and designs.
