Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to design and develop mechanical components from concept through production release. You will create and maintain 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and associated documentation while applying GD&T and drafting best practices.

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Graduating on/after December 2027.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies from concept through release.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings with GD&T.
• Release and manage product data, drawings, and change orders in the PLM system.
• Support basic to intermediate mechanical analyses (structural, thermal, tolerance).
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure manufacturability.
