Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design from concept through production release.
• Develop complete 3D models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Perform engineering analyses and participate in design reviews.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation.
• Execute cost-reduction and value-engineering initiatives.
• Improve reliability and manufacturability of existing products.
• Process ECNs per change control procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain CAD models, drawings, and revision histories.
• Ensure BOMs and files are properly structured and released.
• Coordinate with ERP to ensure accurate part numbers and configurations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to resolve BOM discrepancies.
