• Support continuous improvement within the design group.

Overview

We are looking for a Design Engineer who will visibly and substantially support the Safety Culture through proactive engagement and by making safety a part of every decision and integrate safe design concepts in all products and projects.

Duties

• Develop and maintain knowledge and experience in recent CAD technologies and practices.
• Maintain technical drawing and bill of material library
• Design panels and systems that are easy to maintain and safe to operate from ergonomic stand point.
• Assist in the design, specification, installation, and integration of chemical and gas manufacturing systems.
• Under the direction of the engineering design team, produce technical drawings and bills of material for detailed design packages for mechanical and electrical processes.
• Participate in Design Review, Process Hazard Analysis and EMOC meetings as needed.
• Support continuous improvement within the design group – e.g. development of standards, engineering tools, etc.
