Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
• Experience with engineering drafting, tolerances, and BOM.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of sheet metal and metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and approve designs, drawings, and specs for product development.
• Ensure that designs meet quality, functionality, and performance standards.
• Develop quality specifications for inspection and testing based on standards.
• Manage development, prototyping, and initial production of mechanical products.
