Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of new product innovations in our industrial electrical equipment division. You will drive concepts from idea to prototype and work closely with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, serve as a technical resource, and report to the Director of Engineering, shaping the team’s technical direction and product roadmap. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to impact field-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical or electronic design.
• Understanding of low- and medium-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of electrical standards: NEMA, UL, IEC, and IEEE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new product innovations for industrial electrical equipment.
• Act as the technical resource and mentor to junior engineers.
• Report to the Director of Engineering and contribute to roadmap discussions.
