HNTB is seeking a mechanical design professional to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for diverse infrastructure projects. You will work with the project team to apply engineering techniques and develop conceptual and detailed designs using current CAD and drawing tools.

You will perform mechanical design tasks, including load analysis, duct design for HVAC, and support for piping systems, under minimal direction and in collaboration

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with REVIT/AutoCAD and MicroStation a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, and fire life safety systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with research, data collection, field investigations, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
