Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic HVAC design calculations and equipment sizing under supervision.
• Coordinate design with project management, architects, and trades.
• Perform and check CADD drafting work.
