Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks under supervision of senior engineers
• Participate in development efforts under management supervision
• Make design modifications with supervision
• Maintain project reference documentation
• Develop test and verification procedures
• Assist with manufacturing floor support and existing product maintenance
• Provide time estimates for tasks
• Attend identified trainings
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Learn department tools and policies
• Conduct simple research to resolve development issues
• Analyze problems to determine probable causes and solutions
• Contribute to release documentation and part QC
• Support prototypes and pilot runs as needed
• Suggest process and quality improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
