Job summary

Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. (ETC) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help bring new products from design to production with a strong focus on mechanical design and manufacturability.

You will collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to develop processes, fixtures, and testing methods that improve quality, efficiency and cost. The role emphasizes practical, hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree
• All levels of previous job-related experience considered
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solving
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability
• Understanding of engineering principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Develops test and verification procedures
• Analyzes production processes and implements improvement plans
• Coordinates setup and installation of production lines and equipment
• Ensures ECRs/ECOs are processed correctly
• Uses DOE/FEA to redesign products for performance and cost
• Supports manufacturing floor with tooling, fixtures, and troubleshooting
