The Toro Company, through its BOSS Snowplow division in Iron Mountain, Michigan, offers a January 2027–August 2027 co-op in mechanical engineering. You will assist with design, prototyping, and development of new products and improvements, conduct tests, collect data, and analyze results in the Product Development Lab.

Pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, you should have experience with 3D CAD (Creo Parametric), basics of manufacturing, and knowledge of engineering

Formación

• Enrolled in a B.S. program in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Experience with 3D CAD software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with design, prototyping, and development of new products and improvements to existing products
• Conduct required tests, collect data, and analyze results
• Design tests or test fixtures as needed
• Support cost reduction and quality improvement efforts in Product Development Lab
• Collaborate with operations engineers to understand manufacturing constraints
