Job summary

BOSS Snowplow, a division of The Toro Company, is recruiting an Electrical/software Coop for our Iron Mountain, MI site. You will assist with design, prototyping, and testing of electronic circuits for new products and improvements to existing products.

Responsibilities include designing fixtures for electrical and software testing, conducting tests, collecting data, and helping with problem solving in the Electronics Lab.

Qualifications

• Experience in test fixture design.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills to lead a team and pull information from others.
• Problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Orcad.
• Ability to take on multiple responsibilities/projects at once.
• Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electronic circuit design or related field.
• Experience with Orcad and 3D modeling software is a plus.
