Job summary

Air Systems Engineering in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with broad HVAC knowledge to design and support commercial and industrial systems.

You will perform load calculations, equipment sizing, budgeting support, and produce O&M and commissioning documents, while ensuring code compliance and coordinating with sales and project managers.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Three years related HVAC or construction experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC principles and applicable codes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CAD and Revit a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Air Systems Engineering is seeking a resourceful individual with broad knowledge and understanding of HVAC and related systems to join our team as a Mechanical Design Engineer . You will be responsible for performing a wide range of HVAC activities for commercial and industrial customers. We are looking for someone who can contribute, grow, think, and create.This is not a remote position.
