Job Title: Mechanical Designer Engineer

Location: Riverside, CA.

Pay Rate: $30/hour - Temp to Hire position

Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Arrow Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Designer Engineer to join a manufacturing team in Riverside, CA. In this role, youll assist in creating accurate mechanical drawings, Bills of Materials, and engineering documentation. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!

• Note: Candidates will be required to complete an AutoCAD skills test as part of the interview process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
• Experience with SolidWorks is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Intern, recent graduate or currently enrolled for a Bachelors degree or 1-2 years related experience/training
• Ability to apply or learn advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise detail and assembly drawings, Bills of Materials, and Operation Steps in accordance with company standards
• Draft scale drawings of parts and assemblies, clearly defining contours and dimensions for manufacturing
• Compare part drawings against customer/government drawings or physical samples to verify accuracy and form
• Make necessary revisions to existing drawings, test procedures, operation steps, and engineering documentation under the direction of the Mechanical Engineer
• Operate computer-assisted drafting (CAD) software to develop accurate engineering drawings
