Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado is seeking a dedicated engineer to join the Post Boost Control System (PBCS) IPT as an RSE Delegate. You will provide technical oversight for the D5LE2 PBCS and act as a technical advocate across the lifecycle, coordinating with Navy partners, LM leadership, and suppliers to ensure mission success.

The role requires collaboration in a team environment, strong communication, and the ability to balance performance with cost and schedule constraints to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with SMEs and technical personnel to create program plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience presenting to internal senior leaders such as Directors.
• Active or ability to gain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of the D5LE2 PBCS and Mission Success throughout the life cycle.
• Represent the PBCS IPT with Navy partners, LM leadership and suppliers.
• Gather performance data, support major reviews, and participate in critical design decisions.
• Investigate problems, develop corrective actions, and integrate requirements with operations.
