Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado seeks an Electrical Systems Integration Manager to lead the integration of electrical and hardware/software for CPS and LRHW programs, guiding a skilled team through requirements, design reviews, and fielding activities.

Ideal candidates will have system engineering experience, defense program exposure, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills to drive timely solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of System Integration and/or Systems Engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in electrical engineering or software development roles.
• Experience in a spacecraft, missile, or related systems environment.
• Eligibility to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Systems Integration scope for CPS and LRHW programs.
• Manage the Electrical Systems Integration team to ensure technical integrity and delivery.
• Support technical reviews: SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR.
• Apply critical thinking to troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Identify and drive process improvements in Electrical Integration and Test.
• Foster customer relationships under LOE contracts with dynamic priorities.
