Job summary

You will lead the project from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence, and effective client collaboration.

Responsibilities include directing cross-functional teams, managing risks, and delivering accurate reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Ten years direct and independent experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution aligning with company mission and values.
• Oversee all aspects of the project through completion.
• Manage risk mitigation for project performance.
• Monitor budgets and labor costs; drive profitability.
• Prepare and present reports to executives on project status.
