Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Ten years direct and independent experience in managing large commercial construction projects.
• Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management for the assigned project.
• Oversee all aspects of the project through completion.
• Lead risk mitigation for project performance.
• Drive project to meet sales, profitability, and cash flow goals.
• Prepare and present computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.
• Maintain regular communication with project superintendents and site teams.
