• Ability to coordinate between office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating mechanical construction projects on a day-to-day basis.
• Track project schedules, documentation, materials, subcontractors, and outstanding items.
• Visit active project sites and represent the company with clients, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, change tracking, and general administration.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure effective communication between the office and field.
• Utilize project management and construction software to track job progress and maintain accurate information.
• Collaborate with project managers, field personnel, vendors, and customers.
• Assume increasing project management responsibilities as experience develops.
