GreenMechanicalConstruction in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Superintendent–MechanicalConstruction to lead field operations on commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure safety, productivity, and on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in mechanical construction, holds a Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing or HVAC license, and excels at reading construction documents and coordinating teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in commercial/industrial mechanical construction.
• Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing or HVAC license.
• Supervisory experience on similar sites.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• US work authorization and ability to pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations for mechanical construction projects.
• Oversee crews, coordinate materials and equipment.
• Ensure safety and productivity on job sites.
• Evaluate construction documents and generate material takeoffs.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide progress updates.
• Assist Project Manager with cost and schedule management.
