This role suits someone with MEP construction experience who can lead field crews, ensure quality, drive accountability, and support projects through punch lists, closeout, and final handoff.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams to keep work moving, while upholding safety and professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading superintendent-level field teams on construction projects.
• Strong background in MEP construction or related field-based work.
• Experience leading union or craft field crews.
• Fire suppression system experience is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction docs.
• Strong communication across field teams, PMs, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, crew activity, and site coordination.
• Lead union or craft field crews maintaining productivity, safety, quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support QA/QC inspections, punch list, and project closeout.
• Identify schedule risks and field issues before they impact delivery.
