GreaterComfortMechanical in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer/Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff through completion, serving as the field leader for installation operations.

The ideal candidate brings advanced HVAC installation expertise, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• HVAC Journeyman License required.
• 10+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Proven experience leading installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Attend job-site meetings and communicate project updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope and to customer expectations.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, service and procurement teams.
