Throughout the day, you will perform quantity take-offs, analyze subcontractor and vendor quotations, support value engineering efforts, and assess constructability risks that may impact project cost, schedule, or productivity. You will also participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, and maintain estimating databases using historical project cost information and market trends. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make sound decisions under deadlines help ensure accurate proposals, competitive bids, and successful project outcomes across the power, industrial, manufacturing, and mission-critical construction sectors.
