• Bachelor’s or equivalent for construction management/engineering fields.
• Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Spitfire).
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and their operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in evaluating contractual scope and scheduling.
• Generate progress reports and track project profitability.
• Process change orders and ensure timely billing.
• Coordinate material ordering and delivery to meet timelines.
