Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and seeks a Supply Chain strategist to own long-term commodity plans for mechanical and cooling equipment. You will secure capacity, run sourcing events, and manage supplier relationships to maintain schedule integrity.

You will lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate master agreements, and collaborate with Legal and Finance to optimize terms and costs. This role is based on-site in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Experience building commodity strategies for mechanical equipment.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-year supply agreements and capacity reservations.
• Experience using ERP and procurement platforms for sourcing events and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year commodity strategies for mechanical and cooling equipment.
• Secure manufacturing capacity and lead times for long-lead equipment.
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements and pricing amendments with suppliers.
• Run quarterly business reviews and supplier scorecards, manage risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering on specifications and cost decisions.
