Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to own multi-year commodity strategies, lead sourcing events, and negotiate key supplier agreements. You will drive cost reductions while ensuring supplier performance and risk management across global markets.

You will work with ERP systems and procurement platforms, contributing to rapid scale in frontier compute infrastructure. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to cost

Qualifications

• Built multi-year commodity strategies with should-cost models that survive supplier pushback.
• Negotiated complex, multi-year supply agreements and pricing amendments across global markets.
• Led end-to-end RFI, RFQ and RFP processes and e-auction events.
• Tracked supplier performance with scorecards (quality, delivery, cost) and used commodity indices for price foresight.
• Delivered measurable annual cost reductions through value engineering and supplier consolidation.
• Experienced with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
• Bonus: CPSM, CSCP, CPP; familiarity with quality systems (PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year commodity strategies for direct material categories and build should-cost models.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes and e-auction bidding events across global supply markets.
• Negotiate and execute Master Supply Agreements, Long-Term Agreements, and pricing amendments.
• Run Quarterly Business Reviews and supplier scorecards tracking quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Deliver annual cost reduction targets through value engineering, demand aggregation, and supplier consolidation.
• Collaborate with Engineering on design-for-cost decisions ahead of new product introductions.
