Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a results-driven supply chain leader to own multi-year commodity strategies for electrical equipment, secure manufacturing capacity, and manage long-term supplier relationships. You will oversee price negotiations, lead-time planning, and cost-down initiatives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with supplier qualification processes, RFIs/RFPs, and cross-functional collaboration with legal and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and own commodity strategies for electrical equipment.
• Experience negotiating multi-year supply agreements and capacity reservations.
• Ability to use copper, aluminum, and steel indices to structure escalation terms.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year commodity strategies for electrical equipment categories and build should-cost models.
• Secure manufacturing capacity and lead times for long-lead electrical gear with forward-looking plans.
• Negotiate Master/Long-Term Supply Agreements and price amendments with suppliers and internal teams.
• Run QBRs and supplier scorecards to monitor quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering on specs and design-for-cost decisions to ensure qualified supply base.
