Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is hiring a Mechanical BIM Detailer II to independently develop, coordinate, and modify 2D/3D models for mechanical systems across design development to installation. You will support piping, HVAC, and plumbing, ensuring accurate, constructible deliverables with periodic review.

The role requires a strong Revit background, Navisworks coordination, and experience with ACC, Bluebeam, and collaboration tools. Travel is 0-10% and work hours are typical business days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of combined mechanical field and/or technical experience, or 2–4 years of progressive BIM/VDC software experience.
• Proficiency with Revit required.
• Experience with Navisworks, ACC, Bluebeam, and collaboration tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up BIM projects, file structures, and coordination workflows.
• Link and manage Revit models across disciplines for projects.
• Apply work sets, templates, and drawing standards.
• Create and maintain schedules, sheets, and view templates.
• Develop fabrication-ready models for piping, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
