Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mechanical BIM Detailer II to develop, coordinate, and modify 2D/3D models for mechanical projects, supporting piping, HVAC and plumbing from design to fabrication.

You will produce accurate, constructible deliverables and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years in mechanical field or BIM/VDC experience, with proficiency in Revit and related tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of combined mechanical field and/or technical experience or 2-4 years BIM/VDC software experience.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM project setup, file structure, and coordination workflows using established standards.
• Link and manage Revit models across disciplines for assigned projects or project areas.
• Apply approved work sets, families, templates, naming conventions, and drawing standards.
• Create and maintain schedules, view templates, filters, and sheets with limited supervision.
• Develop fabrication-ready models for piping, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Model mechanical equipment, supports, and associated systems with correct parameters and connectivity.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and maintain coordination files.
• Develop spools, shop drawings, and prefabrication deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with project leads and field partners.
• Provide task-level guidance to Detailer I team members.
