Job Title: Mechanical Assembler | Pay: $22-26/hour depending on experience

Job Description:

The mechanical assembler is responsible for building and mounting grills with precision, incorporating wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights. They review blueprints to construct level bumpers and are accountable for charging, testing, and evacuating air conditioning systems according to build specifications. The role also involves installing and wiring electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens, and performing thorough running tests to ensure all systems are operating correctly. Additional tasks may be assigned by management to support organizational goals and member needs.

Work Environment

Work is conducted on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Employees can expect to work 45-50 hours per week in a temperature-controlled environment. The spacious work areas promote a team setting, and all tools required for the job are provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
