Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for its Spring, TX site to join our manufacturing team. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, ability to read schematics, and hands-on work with SMT soldering and component fabrication. This is a contract-to-hire onsite position.

You will assemble electronic systems per specs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality while adhering to safety standards. Expect weekly pay and comprehensive benefits if eligible.

Job Title: Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic

Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a

strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various assembly techniques,

including soldering and fabricating components. This position plays a crucial

role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while

adhering to schematics and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and systems according to detailed schematics and specifications.

• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and ohmmeters, to ensure accurate assembly.

• Perform soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components.

• Fabricate parts as needed for assembly processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processes or equipment malfunctions.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
