Aerotek is recruiting for an Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler in Spokane, WA. This contract-to-hire role focuses on building electrical and mechanical components for engine systems and generator heat pumps.
You will assemble parts, follow drawings and procedures, and perform quality inspections while rotating through stations to meet production goals. This position emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on learning.

Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
Follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies
Rotate between assembly stations based on production needs
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals
Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings
Strong attendance record and dependable work habits
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Experience using hand tools preferred
Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
