Aerotek in Shakopee, MN is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for the rapid assembly of sub-assemblies and full machines. You will rotate through stations, using hand, pneumatic and power tools to ensure quality.
The role is contract-to-hire, onsite, with a pay range of $23–$24 per hour plus benefits and weekly pay. Candidates should have at least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience and the ability to read schematics.
Engage in the mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and complete machines. The candidate will rotate through multiple stations throughout the workday, utilizing a variety of tools to ensure product quality.
Assemble sub-assemblies and full machines according to blueprints and schematics.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools in the production process.
Inspect all parts before and after assembly to ensure accuracy and quality.
Enter data of all rejected or flawed parts into the company database.
Experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
Proficiency in using hand tools and pneumatic tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
