Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC, based in the Bronx, NY, seeks a technically skilled engineer to review customer requirements and configure CPQ-driven solutions. You will modify BOMs in ERP, support retrofitting projects, and collaborate across Customer Service, Estimating, Sales, and Manufacturing to meet client specs.

The role requires CAD proficiency, understanding of tolerances, manufacturing processes, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, and specs.
• Experience with CAD software and CPQ/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to learn and work with engineering and business systems.
• Good communication and teamwork in cross-functional contexts.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, surveys, and order information.
• Configure applications and equipment using a CPQ system.
• Modify bills of materials and material requirements in ERP.
• Support retrofitting projects and product development.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Estimating, Sales, and Manufacturing.
• Provide technical support for mechanical products and solutions.
• Lead simple to complex tasks with limited supervision.
• Participate in client meetings to determine needs and outcomes.
