Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will work on a variety of makes and models and join a safety-focused team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or related equipment preferred.
• May need to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual ability may be required depending on location.
