The role involves completing service assignments, providing technical assistance to technicians, and promoting quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years' experience with heavy construction equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery occasionally.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
