Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vehicle maintenance of tractor-trailers and repairs on all company vehicles as needed.
• Possess general mechanical knowledge and skills; reliable transportation required.
• Use of basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs; team lift required for over 70 lbs.
• Basic computer skills required; diagnostic computer skills are a plus.
• Able to work a 50-hour work week, including occasional on-call weekends.
• Perform preventive maintenance work.
• Must be trained in basic air brake and ABS functions and diagnostics.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum of one-year mechanical experience required.

Education and Work Experience:

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Petroleum tank repair experience and certifications are highly preferred.
