Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanic to perform and supervise maintenance across NexTier equipment at our Texas facility. You will diagnose complex systems, execute repairs, and ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior mechanics, planning maintenance, creating SAP maintenance orders, and coordinating with regional teams to maintain uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in identifying, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment including engines, electrical systems, HVAC, suspension, transmission, brake, diagnostic, communication, hydraulic, and cryogenics systems.
• Ability to supervise and oversee maintenance operations on all equipment.
• Experience creating maintenance orders using SAP NetWeaver or SAP Fiori and maintaining proper records.

Responsibilities

• Performs and completes essential functions of mechanics including complex equipment repairs and maintenance planning.
• Mentors and coaches entry-level mechanics during repairs.
• Coordinates HSE meetings and training, reporting safety hazards.
• Creates and manages maintenance orders in SAP or SAP Fiori.
• Leads meetings with regional teams and district managers.
