Job summary

Canteen in Nashville, AR is hiring a full-time Mechanic I to operate and maintain equipment including HVAC systems, high-pressure boilers, generators and steam machinery. You will read meters and log readings to verify operating conditions and ensure reliable service for our client sites.

Qualified candidates have mechanical experience and meter-reading familiarity. Type I Refrigeration Certification and a valid Non-CDL Class C license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience preferred.
• Reading meter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and responds to service calls.
• Inspects and repairs machines; replaces worn parts and tests operation.
• Reads meters and records readings to verify conditions.
• Maintains inventory and orders parts; supports equipment maintenance.
• Operates mechanical tools and equipment for repairs.
