Job summary

Canteen North America in Garden Grove, CA is hiring immediately for a full-time MECHANIC I. The role operates and maintains all equipment including HVAC systems, boilers, generators and steam equipment. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with details provided during interview.

Requirements include prior mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery. Type I Refrigeration Certification and a valid Non-CDL Class C license are noted; training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery.
• Type I Refrigeration Certification preferred.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to machine repairs and service calls.
• Inspect and dismantle machines to locate issues.
• Replace worn parts and retest equipment after repair.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as needed.
