Canteen, a Compass Group USA team, is hiring a full-time Mechanic I for the Garner, NC location. Schedule is Monday through Friday, on-call on weekends; hours may vary. Previous experience repairing small appliances is preferred. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain Type I Refrigeration Certification and a valid CDL Class C driver's license.
• Experience repairing small appliances is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company vehicle.
• Call on existing customers to determine service adequacy and resolve complaints.
• Visually inspect machines to identify malfunctions; dismantle for access to problem areas.
• Inspect and replace worn parts; realign and test machine operation after repair.
• Review inventory, order parts, and manage equipment inventory.
• Set up and operate mechanical tools for machine repair.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform duties safely.
• Support the department and maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
