POSITION SUMMARY

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant, monitor and control property temperature, analyze energy and utilities usage, calibrate controls and gauges, and assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical and piping systems. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Follow all safety and security policies; report maintenance issues and hazards; complete safety training. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Provide excellent guest service, develop positive relationships, and ensure quality standards. Perform physical tasks including reaching, moving in confined spaces, lifting objects over 100 pounds, and other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
